We all talk about stress, but we are not always clear about what is it?! Because it comes from the good and the bad things which happen to us. If we did not feel any stress, we would not be alive.
Stress becomes a problem when we are cannot know how to handle an event or a situation. There are lots of events or situations which make you stressed like; getting married, changing jobs, moving home or coping with the death of a loved one.
What will happen when you are stressed?!?! First, your heart will beat faster. Then, you start to breath more quickly. After that, your body's need for energy will become greater than its ability to produce it.
How to be abatable?!?! First, talk about your problem. Second, learn about stress management. Third, reduce attention. Finally, take your mind off your problem.
Finally, remember it is impossible to have stress free life. The life will not be interesting without stress and problems.
